This Privacy Policy explains how Kundwa Health ("we," "us," or "our") handles information for the FunHealth Game (Chutes & Ladders) ("App"). The App is an offline, turn-based educational board game that includes sexual and reproductive health (SRH) and life-skills questions presented in English and Kinyarwanda. The App is designed to function without user accounts, without ads, and without sending data to our servers.

2. Who The App Is For

The App is designed for youth aged 15 and up and is not directed to children under 15.

3. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal or sensitive information through the App. The App does not request, access, or transmit:

• Names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses
• Photos, videos, or audio
• Contacts, messages, or calendars
• Precise or approximate location
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Health data or biometric data
• Payment or financial data

4. Information You May Provide Outside The App

If you contact us by email or phone, we will receive the information you choose to provide (such as your name, email address, and message). We use this only to respond to your inquiry.

5. How We Use Information

Because the App does not collect personal data, we do not use or process personal data from App usage. If you contact us, we use your information only to:

• Respond to your questions or support requests
• Maintain a record of communications

6. Data Sharing

We do not share or sell personal data because the App does not collect it. We do not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking tools. We do not enable behavioral advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking.

7. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate third-party SDKs or services that collect user data. If you install the App from Google Play, Google may process data under its own policies. We do not control or access Google's data collection.

8. On-Device Processing and Offline Use

All gameplay, questions, and content run locally on the device. The App is designed to work offline. No user data is transmitted to our servers.

9. Permissions and Device Access

The App is designed to function without requesting access to sensitive device permissions such as camera, microphone, contacts, or location.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Because the App does not collect personal data, there is no stored user data to delete. If you contact us by email or phone, we retain that correspondence only as long as needed to respond or comply with legal obligations, then delete it.

11. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect any communications sent directly to us. Since the App itself does not collect or transmit user data, the privacy risk is minimal.

12. Health Education Disclaimer

The App provides educational information about SRH. The App is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

13. Your Rights Under Rwanda Law

If we process your personal data (for example, if you contact us), you have rights under Rwanda's data protection law, including the right to access, correct, restrict, delete, or object to processing of your data, and the right to request portability where applicable. You also have the right to appeal to the supervisory authority in Rwanda, the National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA).

14. International Users

Kundwa Health is based in Rwanda. If you contact us from outside Rwanda, your message may be processed in Rwanda solely for support purposes.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. We will update the "Last Updated" date and post the revised policy on our website.
